An area is defined as a room or space 15' x 15' or less. Areas over 225' will be considered 2 or more areas. Halls and stairways are considered to be one area each. The regular price includes minimal furniture moving. We do not move china cabinets, entertainment centers, computer desks, large TV's, book cases and other extremely large or heavy furniture. We do not dis-assemble beds or move electronics such as stereo equipment, computers, etc.
